oooh, muffins...slurp!
today and tomorrow I will be baking muffins and studying.
I have mid-terms on the 16th, 17th and 18th and I am making muffins for everyone at my school as a holiday gift / good way to start the week of mid-terms

I must bake 12 dozen muffins by monday
144 muffins...and then wrap them in colored saran-wrap, tie then shut with ribbons and find a way to transport them to school
not to mention making cards for them all saying "happy holidays and good luck on midterms! <3 Laura and Erin" ((Erin is supposedly helping too -- we're gonna study together while baking tomorrow)
AND I have a piano recital tomorrow
I am a busy fool

I also must work on my math study guide
it's 8 pages long and counting...luckily I'm 2/3 of the way done
